I got mine too! I was gone for a week, but now am back and what a great great thing to come home to! I am trying to upload pictures, as we are haeded out the door soon, to go camping, but for now repair man is here to look at Air conditioner! I guess it hasn't worked in a long while! UGH, Mom was pretty comfortable no matter how hot it got! me I die when it gets over 80!

Yesterday it was 104 in here! not fun to come home to for sure!

I love the quilt Nexxus made for me. It is a pattern I have been wanted to make but haven't. I am very cold natured so I will use this even in the summer in the South. Below (hopefully) are photos of the quilt I made for her.

Well my mother did the quilting of it on her long arm but I watched. I got that backing fabric from someone who thought it was "ugly" fabric but I knew it would make this quilt pop. I am so glad you like it Lauri I was so back and forth about what to do. I love using solid colors with a bright colors. Thanks everyone I also love the quilt she made for me. It was wonderful to put over me last night when my hubby was hogging all the covers.
