Hi all--
A couple of you asked about the name of the block that I made for Garnet1265. It is called "Tile Works" by Monique Dillard of Open Gate (opengatequilts.com). It is in magazine "Quiltmaker's 100 blocks, Volume 2 and it is block #162. I, too, love this block and I have made it for several of you, so be on the lookout. It seems to always turn out really nicely no matter what fabrics you use. |

Is the middle one tile works? I was thinking the top one was...Ive made one like the bottom one, I think its called Merry Go Round and someone made me the middle one but they didnt know the name on the last swap. Its sure beautiful!

Since I have received the majority of my F8's in, I can see my (fun?) is cut out for me. I'm so glad we have 4 more months to enjoy this and I hope those who feel they are going slow - don't-- everyone at their own pace. That's why it is so much fun. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: |

i love the blocks that have come out! gorgeous!! i will be sending out my f8's next week!( barring any disasters , natural or unnatural!) the delay is my putting an advisory note. had trouble with the printer, then trouble with the computer, and the computer operator is just plain trouble 8-). but never fear, there's a reason the time span is 4 months, and that is.....nancia! i'm finishing up my commitments that have an earlier due date. i'm almost done. then i will get things really moving along! think of it as having a birthday month instead of 1 little birth day. the good times keep rolling!

I'm back!! On Wednesday I sprained a ligament in my back. But, I've been able to walk and sit. So, Blocks from me will be forthcoming.
