It is so much fun to see everyone's blocks. I received F8's from Ok Darla and girlscout1 today and I received a finished block from Cyndi H, which I love. I'm going on vacation for a week so won't be posting until I get back. So, I'll take pictures once I return next week.

I count only 7 F8's that I have yet to receive. I'm sure they'll be here soon enough.

Sorry, sorry, sorry. My computer was suppose to be in the hospital for 3 days. After 7 days I have finally got it back. Boy am I behind in posting. I have tried earnestly to keep records while this baby was gone. I am going to post all even though I know some have already received their blocks. I don't want to confuse myself. Received F8 from girlscout1 yesterday.

Sigh.... my block making is at a standstill again! School nurse called and Payton got sick at school :( Went and picked him up and we are home having soup and cuddling til he's all better. Have a funeral (My DH's step-moms mother passed away Sunday morning at 5 am) to go to tomorrow (if Payton's better. I hate to miss it but kids come first and I know his grandma will understand)

I have not sent out all my F8's as of yet, didn't think there would be a hurry...LOL I will send them when I can, because of the postage and having to go buy more stamps as I did today, so I will be sending out more F8's soon...

I haven't gotten around to any more blocks yet because I'm trying to finish up a couple of other swaps since there due date are coming up soon...

Finished block and F8 going out to goldendog55 in the morning. I will try to remember to post a picture of it on my link tomorrow. Just heard postage is going up 1 cent in January. That may not sound like much but when you are in a swap it can sure add up! No F8's today in the mail...come to think of it NO mail at all..yeah..means no bills! :)

Trying to stay happy- I have surgery on my leg in 10 days, and today, I found out I have glaucoma and a blind spot in 1 eye. I'm sure glad for the distractions this provides!

goldendog55-- so sorry about your eye! i've been on a glaucoma watch for the last 3 months and into the next yr. it is difficult to have something wrong with our eyes since color and design is so important to us! be strong! i'm glad you're visiting your happy place. it helps so much. good luck and stay strong!

My fabric is either a golden yellow with maroon and green berries and leaves, or a fall print with leaves. I completed a block with the colored dots on black and it belonged to Cyndi H.
