Now, are you SURE that your husband is moving the box??? We have had boxes in the past years that seemed to have a life of their own and would move around at will...I remember several years ago that Terri's box was causing a big ruckus and scaring her cats...

I mailed my box out yesterday... I sure hope my santaeee likes what I pulled from my stash... I have so much that is new never used still in the packaging ... Stilll uncovering stuff.... I lived in the same house for 54 years... it had a lot of interior storage even though it was only about 1100 sq. ft. Of course after my children left home, I took over their 2 rooms :D

My SS package is also on its way, east. To a state that I have an aunt with the same name. I hope she likes what is stuffed in the box.

Want to apologize to my SSR sorry I did not have any room for any jars of jelly. I stuffed the box so full with sewing goodies and had no room for food.:( It was a Large box also.

My package isn't here yet, but lots of you are just mailing so it's probably on the way. My SS has not posted if she received it or not but confirmation said she got it, hope so!

Got home from work this evening and found that my hubby (or ghostie) had placed my large box from my ss on my pillow! I have to hide it from him! He is teasing me something awful and he knows I really want to open it!

well I did get mine in the mail today mine should be getting it early next week, Monday or Tuesday. Also when I got home my gift from my Secret Santa was waiting for me!!!

I guess I need to apologize to my SS - I didn't drop any hints here in the thread. My family situation has been incredibly complicated in the last 2 months. Been dealing w/my mom's estate as she passed in August, catering to my son who had a horrible ankle injury playing baseball last April and had his second surgery last month, and now my father in law has fallen and fractured a vertebra in his back. Unfortunately all this has left me w/little time for quilting or online activities. Well - enough of that whine - I promise I will love whatever was sent! Looking forward to opening day!!

Would that be the empty bottle sitting there? On a serious note--what is the best thing to mix it with..gonna get some since I have heard so much about it and am dying to try it

My favorite is to mix it with hot cocoa! It's also good with fruit juices - pineapple and a splash of cranberry juice makes a very pretty drink (over ice). :)

So - I can hardly wait for my package to arrive. Hoping it's here by Saturday, as the suspense is killing me. I'm a little concerned that it's coming from Pat625.... if it has to travel all the way from the NORTH POLE, that could take f...o...r....e....v.....e....r. Or maybe not with some North Pole magic......

Well my package is on it's way way way...fa la la la la.....It has a ways to go for sure but no fear it will arrive in time and safe and sound hummmm maybe not quietly lol....AND I CHECKED MY MAIL...........IT'S HERE IT'S HERE....package arrived yepppppppy...........Oh boy Oh boy.....it's sitting right beside me on my desk and yes it will bug me...my partner keeps taughting me he's such a devil....

Everyone should have their packages in time for the opening day, so don't fret, Santa's little elf will get it to you in time. Besides, it won't torment you near as much as those that received early!
Was busy yesterday getting ready for DG's birthday party this Sat. He'll be 10 next week. He's so excited to see what his gifts are that are starting to arrive! Took him to get what he really wanted...a goldfish. Bought him 2, got home & they died 2 hours later! Gotta go back & replace them today! I thought they were supposed to be hearty fish, what happened?? Don't know.

Ooh when I got home last night my package was waiting. It's very heavy. Didn't have time to really investigate it. Glenn m ailed my SS package out yesterday so it's on the way.

This could be me :D... only now the shade is ON the driveway... the leaves fell off :( and it's cold now but only for a few days... then it's going to warm back up to the 50's :D

It's getting so exciting, everyone's mailing and receiving packages. The anticipation is just overwhelming.

Oh dear .. I have been keeping up on the posts whether or not I post myself. I have to say you girls really give me a giggle in the mornings with my coffee.
There are packages flying everywhere in the continental U S of A, surely mine is one of them. It is a good thing to have it later like this. It is so hard to have it around calling me to open it. LOL... I will be good. But, it is tremendously hard on a gal who loves quilty things from SS.

I am very close to having all my sewing finished for Christmas presents. Thank goodness. It sure was a big job this year.

We are putting up the Christmas tree and lights this weekend. All of the hustle bustle will be fun. Most of the heavy cleaning is finished too. So let the parade of decorating boxes begin! I'm ready and jazzed now.

I noticed the girls talking about rum. I don't drink anymore at all. But, in the day a Hot Buttered Rum was so nice during the holidays.

Patiently waiting SS ... My recipient said she got hers. Yay.... Now be good and wait for the rest of us!

We have 3 trees that can shade ours.:) Maybe me:cool: Haven't see the mail yet. Maybe today!

My secret Santa package went out yesterday and they should get it by Saturday, I got mine today,Wow it is full and doesn't shake,I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!! What day are we opening these great packages?

I received my package today..and it is HEAVY...I can't even google the address because it came from a Post Office Box *giggle* this was so fun.

I know that a lot of the packages went out USPS but I ended up with UPS and have no idea how long it is going to take. Had every intention of using Priority USPS but when I got there on Wednesday the line was forever long and only one clerk. Couldn't go back on the 14th so hopped on over to UPS and paid a bit more for less service LOL my receipt didn't give me me an estimated time of arrival.

So ... anyway ... long story to just say that some of us who didn't use Priority Mail our packages will take 3 to 5 days longer to be delivered.
