GrammyJ, so sorry for your loss. Sixty years is a really long time together. I know you are thankful for that. Take care of yourself and give yourself all the time you need to adjust to your new life. BIG HUGS to you!

GrammyJ will be thinking of you and sending good thoughts and prayers. So sorry for your loss.
Haven't heard from my recipient either, makes me sad, I tried to send things I thought she might like. Hope she's okay and doing well.

The Hole seems rather deserted, tonight. I'm sitting here with a glass of Vouvray Chenin Blanc. Was hoping to find some cake or something, to go along with it. All I see are stale crumbs. :(

Neesie, why are you sitting in the hole; have you been naughty?

grammyj....I'm so sorry! 60 years is a lifetime that you had with him. Remember, he's now looking down on you and is an angel above. Big hugs to you and your family!

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you that need some extra help this season. I will send hugs in those thoughts as well. I hope you all get the love and support you need.

Not a big on vouvray, being more of a white Bourgogne fan myself - perhaps a nice Montrachet? And a bit of Christmas cake, Neesie?
