Finally I am here to up date this thread. My DH passed away on Dec 2nd. We had just celebrated our third anniversary. I opened my SS box that I received from Sewing Santa of Worcester, Ma. Thanks for all the loot. I especially like the Amish Quilt Book. I can ALWAYS use fabric. This was my second year and I loved it. Thanks, Charlene

Ok, so here is what is going to take up a bit more of my time. For all intents and purposes, he's mine, but if his former owner can afford to take him back, I promised I'd give him back.

What a darling puppy Terri. What is his name?

Charlene I am so sorry to hear this. Please know I'm praying for you and sending special thoughts.

Omacookie, I'm so sorry for your loss. Seems that so many have just lost their husbands, brothers, mothers, etc! With it being right at Christmas, it just intensifies the loss and sadness, because Christmas is such a family-oriented holiday. Hold dear to your precious memories and when you are ready, look for happier days ahead. BIG HUGS to all of you!

Omacookie. I would like to double what sewbizgirl said. I have had three friends that have lost their partners within the last month. My DSIL past on Christmas day. As she said, Love and hugs to all. BrendaK

He's 5 years old 140 pounds and his name is Preston aka Marshmellow. He's such a love. He's a good dog and is going to be spoiled rotten!
And yes, he's a St Bernard. |
