Scrappy and White 9 Patch Block Swap... signups close Sept 20!

On one of the threads here on QB, SBG mentioned she was going to Paducah for the fall quilt show, uh oh...I didn't have a clue that it was this week! Sure enough, called to book our room where we stay in Paducah and there are no rooms at the inn! We found another hotel about 2 hours away and that will work just fine. We will just have a longer travel time the first day.

Great blocks, Libster and D.Henson. I made a baby quilt with that kitty footprint fabric in it... in fact the whole line. Love it.
I'm starting to get excited about our quilts! Here are mine:

I have been trying to work on my blocks a little at a time. I was so busy with wedding preparations last month that I got behind on my customer quilting. Yikes, our Quilt Guild Quilt Show is in a month and I have lots of quilts to quilt for Quilt Guild customers. But I will still be making time to get my nine patches done. I have been using some strips so it goes a little quicker. I have no time to cut 2 1/2" squares from scraps this month!

[QUOTE=sewbizgirl;8124059]Cheese, try Harrah's in Metropolis. It's only about 15 minutes from Paducah, over the scary bridge into Illinois. It's huge and cheaper than all the other places near Paducah, and they always seem to have rooms. I booked mine there only about a week ago.[/QUOT E]
Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think Harrah's allows pets. We travel with two Siamese cats and stay at pet friendly hotels.

I love all the blocks been shown! They are all so cheerful and fresh looking. There are going to be some amazing quilts soon.
I took a wee break from 9-patches over the weekend to make a Fall Welcome wallhanging. The weather has cooled off so nicely and I just feel Fall in the air! I love this time of year.

I've been watching this thread and I have a question Sewbizgirl . . . . I'm looking at the picture of your blocks and I see repeats on the blocks in your stacks. Are your stacks sets?
I thought I would have difficulty finding 50 different fabrics in my scraps to compile in blocks. Seems I don't have a thing to worry about . . . . silly me!
