Lynnie P.M. Judy she will help you. If I knew what it was going to look like I would help you. I'm sorry. I'm posting a couple of pictures of the denim purse I made today. Maybe the pictures will perk you up some. This pattern is called " Rhode Island Bag" I got the pattern on craftsie. $10.It's a downloadable pattern so no waiting. I'm going to make several for Christmas gifts so that is why I spent so much. Hope you enjoy the pictures. And yes the needlebook is beautiful with all that beading.

HELP, got new neighbors in the condo today,,
they've been playing the same thumping beat all day, very loudly.
we share a back wall with them. We went over to introduce ourselves, but
they couldn't hear me banging on the door b/c the music was so loud.
This is a nice quiet neighborhood. We CAN't MOVE FOR AT LEST 6 YRS, due
to the type of loan we got. They also have a howling, yippy dog. HELP>

Lynnie,
Stick a note to their door asking them to respect the other people who
live near them and lower the musics volume, and to please stop the dog
from constant barking.

In the condo we live in there is a noise ordinance in place, and since
MANY of the people here are renters, it is easy for them to show a complete
disregard to the peace and quiet of other neighbors. We first try to respectfully
reason with them, if they ignore our requests we call the condo association,
our landlord, and/or the police.

If the police gets called then the people who are causing the loud noise
gets a written warning notice from the association and their landlord (it
they are renters). They seldom last very long if that happens.

We have been renting this condo for 11-1/2 years our landlord loves us
so they try to accommodate us as much as possible.

they purchased the condo. our HOA has no laws on noise.
I get severe migrains and take a medication daily to prevent
them, and i'm getting one now. Oh, I love this place. I used to.

Thanks, Louise

Lynnie I am so sorry to hear about your new neighbors I would try the recommendations of others but I to had neighbors from hell not fun... I had to move. I am very fortunate now I have wonderful neighbors and appreciate that fact every day. lawnsong I love that bag it is so cute and looks very practical. So happy you like your needle book now I am waiting to hear from my pincushion they are all so much fun to make and so addictive. I met Rodney today and a few others that hang out in the vintage machines and we had fun drooling over some very beautiful machines. I just love this quilting board!

Lynnie I would do something too, because I couldn't stand that noise.

Lynnie I know what you are going through. I had/have really bad neighbors next to me. For 5 years there were 3 young men (I called them alcholics) living there and playing loud music, all kinds of parties, drinking, playing cornhole. I live so close I could hear them when they went to the bathroom. One morning at 3 am there were still out there and I went out and asked if they could tone it down. One of them called me the "c word". They were still bad but then 2 of them moved out and one girl moved in. It was a little better but they still had parties so one night I called the cops and the next week I put up a fence between us. It's really quite now as they have a young baby. I should be the one making noise how and see how they like it. If it were me I'd call the cops. There are laws about dogs barking and noise after 10 at night.
