Kathy, Lesley, Lynnie, Patti, Judy and Elle, I love all your blocks they are all very different from each other, the colors are all so rich, it will be interesting to see how all these show when completed.
Elle - in response to your question, the permanent marking pen I am using is "Pigma Micron - 01 archival ink, 0.25 mm line width - made by Sakura Color products corp." it is also available in wider line widths. I use these pens on the completed block, I like the detail they provide. They are not easy for me to locate - not many stores handle this product.
I also use "Staedler Mars Lumpgraph -2H pencils, which do not rub off on your hands (for tracing)- these are drafting items used when drawing by draftsmen.
