Your quilt is wonderful, better than any fleece blanket. Sorry they weren't more appreciative!

Yikes, what is it with people? No you are not being oversensitive, I'd be very down at their reaction. Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous and the little guy that gets to cuddle in it will love it too. I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes his favorite "blankie."

That truly is a beautiful quilt that took a lot of time. Thanks for posting the picture. I bet when everything is sorted out they will look more appreciative at your beautiful gift. Others will take notice too.

Beautiful thoughtful quilt you made. I think the baby will show up the older rude folks by latching onto the quilt and never let it go. May in Jersey

I like your quilt a lot! It's adorable. As for some people give them an imaginary slap on the head! They will realize after the fact and let you know how wonderful a gift you gave. I'm sorry about their rudeness. Baby will love it !

Your quilt is very beautiful and I am sure that you put a lot of love into making it. I am also sure that it will get a lot of loving from that new baby.
