I hope you find your mystery quilter, and isn't it a great thing that she labeled her quilt. I hope you can find out more about her. But selling the quilt for $1?

I have forgotten which denomination has a womens sewing circle called "The Dorcas Society." I think it was Baptist because I remember my grandmother going to the Dorcas Society every Wednesday afternoon at the church. Perhaps Dorcas wasn't a last name
