I was 6 months pregnant and my husband came home to no carpeting anywhere in the house! LOL Did it all my self. I really don't think he can be shocked anymore.

After couples are together, especially ones with strong independent women involved, the men concede and admit defeat. LOL

I told my hubby I wanted to knock down the wall into that room and he said no.
I am amazaed that when a husband says NO, a wife takes that as go ahead and do it. I always did and once I moved us while my husband was at work. He came home to a empty house and asked the neighbor where we lived and she told him his new address. We laughed about that for years.
I think you will love your new sewing room much more with the new storage. Wonderful room and I love the windows.
    Great work.

My husband lives by the premise of "It is easier to get forgiveness than permission." Sounds like that is what you have done. lol
