The others are right...the big attachment with the cams is a buttonholer...and the foot is a zipper foot, and it most likely IS for this machine *IF* the foot adjusts side to side. I couldn't see in the photo well enough to be able to tell...

And Featherweights DID come in tan, white, and mint, along with black. Any other colors are definate refurbs... :)

Yes, it's a buttonhole attachment. I used to buy extra cams for the attachment to make popular sized buttonholes. I didn't have a FW. Mine is a 404

OMG - - $30????????????????? What a find!!!!!!!!!!!

My FW is a black one, made in 1948 and she still sews beautifully. These machines just don't die.

Google Singer Featherweight and you will find a host of information. Even a copy of the instruction manual.
