What company makes this type of casket? I would love to be burried in a quilted casket.

My mother passed away 3 yrs. ago at the age of 98 yrs. She wanted a quilt, she made, to cover her . The family honored her request.

Batesville is the company that I know of that makes some of them. Not real sure who all the manufactors are. Try googling it.

Great idea, nothing like being wrapped in love for eternity.

Now that's an idea! They do cost a lot! My husband says he's going to build his own casket. I looked and wouldn't ya know it, they have plans and materials on line! What a world! ;-)

I know a young man who was killed in a motorcycle accident. His brother and their friends made the casket and did a fantastic job with it. It took them over 24 hours of steady work. His mother had made a quilt for the young man and it was hanging on the wall of his house. They used that to line the casket. Beautiful and loving from both brother and mother.
