We once had two dachshunds - Oscar and (you guessed it) Maya. Neither one of them had such a neat quilt, though.

    He is sooo cute!
    Love the names.
He'll get lost in the quilt and blend right on in.

    He deserves a special quilt.

First off, look at him!! So cute! It looks like he's got a half a smile! Showered with money, huh?

Paw prints, sounds adorable. Bones are fun, and my red Doberman Emily suggests squirrels if you can swing it. 8)

By the way, she loves Sir Macaroni's color(s)!

[quote=BeachBirdie]Ok, I am getting a new puppy on the 3rd and I wanted to make him his own blanket. My other two dogs have afghans I crocheted. I'm not in the mood to do that so I looked over my scraps...this is what I came up with.

    Oh My Beachbirdie

I just knew as soon as I looked at his picture that he was a Mini Wirehaired Dachshund, just how sweet is little Macaroni. No!!! your not pathetic at all I know exactly how you feel as I have two dogs too that mean the world to me, & they are Wirehaired Standard Dachshunds.
Infact tomorrow is Harriets 6th birthday - DH laughs at me as they both get treated to a chicken & vegetable birthday dinner when their special days come around.

Take a look at my link.
