Just the green, the extra red takes away from the panel. Very pretty by the way.

to be honest I would repeat the brown on the outside if not as a border , as a binding. The double red takes away from the center, Good luck

If her wall is a light green, I would the the extra red border. If it isn't I wouldn't. But as others have said, it's totally up to you.
