I guess I have to be the one to disagree. I think that the last red slightly thicker border 'lifts' the green border and gives the panel a 'boost'. It fits in so well too. I would end on a red to add pizzaz to it. It is a personal preference and you need to decide what you like and go with it. Lovely panel and love the choice of colours!

Well first off it is lovely and your momma will love it.
I also feel the outer border of green is to narrow. So I'm voting for a larger red border. Just my humble opinion for what it's worth. ;-)

I like the red on the outside whether you choose it as a border or binding.
