Fabulous quiltl! I love "blue work" and "red work".

Very nice, really glad you finished the quilt! Always liked blue work even better than red work, just something soothing about the blue. Beautiful job with the FM!!

You should be really proud of this beautiful quilt. You and your mother did a beautiful job on it. I think your FMQ is beautiful.

It's so good that you finished it. I'm glad you and everyone else can now enjoy your mom's beautiful work. Your quilting is great too!

What a wonderful quilt! Your FMQ is exquisite!! You Mom would be so proud that you finished her quilt. I have a quilt top that my grandmother made - it is all hand-pieced and hand appliqued with the tiniest stitches I have ever seen. It sat in my Mom's cedar chest after Gram passed away. I have the quilt top and the cedar chest now that my Mom is gone. I had planned to hand quilt it, but my daughters will probably find it still unquilted if we wait for that to happen! I have computerized QuiltMotion and thought that Gram would be horrified if I quilted it using a computer. But maybe she would be pleased - old meets new. I'll have to think on that a bit more.

Your work is very nice and I'll bet your mom would be thrilled at what you've done.
