I also have this pattern and kit - going to get to it - one of these days! Your quilt is absolutely fabulous. This past weekend my smaller guild had a quilt show and one of the vendors had a quilt made with this pattern but with completely different colors. They used old fashioned (sort of) soft reds, etc. I didn't even notice that it was this pattern till,I asked about it and took several more looks. It's amazing how different, but still beautiful,it is. The vendor said he had also seen it done in blues. I love the original colors (and that's what my kit has) but it's totally terrific in other combinations, too.
Thank you for your picture,

I have the pattern and the fabric, but have procrastinated on how to transfer the embroidery pattern. Did you use Transfer Eze or Transfer Web to transfer your embroidery designs? Thanks in advance for responding. I LOVE that kit---been sitting here for about four years now. Winter is around the corner and should be a good project to complete. Love your quilt.
I used a 0.1 brown pigma pen and traced the pattern with a light box. It went quick as did the embroidery. I really enjoyed making it.
