So! I added some more borders, and I ironed the blocks, and then I started mounting them on a sheet so I could show you pictures!
    I need some input, though!
as you can see, the blocks don't line up, but that is because there is one more bridge fabric strip to put between them.
I am thinking RED! as in red fabric with black ants crawling around on them ... however, DD thinks I have too many bold colors right now and I need to put in a brown, tan, or light blue ... and, then what for a border???
    any suggestions????

and, then! I forgot to add the pictures! Sometimes, I don't know why my parents ever let me leave home!!! :?

top half of part of scrappy blocks (there are more in the box, but this one is going to be a quilt!

This is the bottom section ... the white spaces (for the most part) is where the sheet I pinned them to is peeking through ...

    TIP!
Do not pin blocks on to mounting sheet if you haven't removed the pillows from the middle of the bed ... a flat surface will make the chances that sample scrap blocks will hang straight in presentation pictures ...
    (just a thought <g>)
hubby is suggesting pink for my connector fabric, but I don't own any pink, except for that ONE square in a square with the little piggies shining through! and, I don't like pink!

wow!! all the quilts and blocks look so good!! I just found a pattern in my quiltmaker magazine that I think would make a great scrappy. It is at

    www.redroosterfabrics.com
under the current pattern section. It is called neutral territory. I may have to try this one as I have lots of differnt scrap strips from trimming down blocks
