Are you kidding, that is a beautiful bowl, the pattern is different and I like it. Well from the sounds of it a lot of other people like it too.

I really like this bowl. I'm with the rest of the group, I like the splashes of color.
I'm looking at the bottom photo and wondering what kind of foot you are using. It looks like a quilting or darning foot. If so, how would you be able to do a zigzag stitch to sew the round together?

The foot in the picture is a #34C -- which is a clear zig zag or any larger stitch foot. I used this foot to get it started and then switched to a cording foot which made is really easy.

It didn't take me very long to wrap the clothesline -- I was watching TV and finished in less than an hour....I cut about 10, 1" strips WOF and then cut them in half so the strips were easier to manage and to wrap tight.... :D

Go ahead and give it a try, nursie76, I think you'll LOVE it!! :lol: :lol:
