I don't really find it depressing. Since I've started keeping a list, you can see that I only have 1 UFO each from 2012, '13 and '14, and none left form '15. And the one from 2014 is now a WIP and could be finished by the end of next week. It's intended to be a birthday gift for DD's April 6th birthday.
