PamH - oh, my gosh, glad I had tissues nearby to wipe the drool away! KF fabrics are so beautiful!! I'd love to see what you do with them.

They are gorgeous! Think of the things you will make! Are you even going to put them under the tree? Under your pillow? I know I wouldn't want them far from me or out of sight!

BelfyBat - love your colors
It is interesting to see how different everyone's all seem despite the color similarities. Everyone brings something unique.
I just downloaded Clue 4 and by now I should be able to put together the pieces and try to assemble some soft of pattern, but I am still CLUELESS!!! of course, I haven't finished enough pieces of each clue to put them together yet...

I am thinking of looking on line to see how people are guessing the assembly and solving the mystery but I think I will wait to puzzle it out myself.

I think I have enough fabric left for a border, so I am saving my triangles.

At least this clue will be easy to finish I hope, as I have the HST done from last time.

everything cut out for clue #4 just waiting for sunrise to sew....... what fun that some portions were already sewn and the squares that I cut too many of are all being used today !

Hint for Clue #4.

Once you have your pieces cut and semi assembled (i.e. assemble the aqua/white HST's) DIVIDE your pink/aqua HST's into two batches of 40. Work one batch at a time to assemble the block in either alternate 1 or alternate 2. Once those 40 are complete - reboot your brain to flip it all around to make the opposite alternate blocks with the remaining 40 pink/aqua HST's.

If I don't do it this way and make all of the same block at the same time, I know I'm going to mess up. (heck, I probably still will, but this is the plan!).

Emma, the are covers for a composition notebook so when they fill it up they can just change it with a new one.
Everyone's blocks look great so far! I finished sewing clue 3. I just need to press and trim to the right size.

I'm happy to see more blue and yellow, and especially having the blue with the neutral. I think those will be very pretty broken dish units! I had to alternate my sewing time with tree decorating yesterday, so did not finish clue #3. My plan is to work on finishing clue #3 (still irked that I have so many that are short of 6.5" and wondering how much trouble it will cause me), then go back and finish clue #1 before I begin with clue #4.

that is a good idea DogHouseMom ... I assembled one of each (BD#2 &BD#3) and then have them in two separate trays with the correct number of pieces in each tray ... no unsewing this time around. That is my plan.

if anyone is following my fuzzy math.....there are 1,104 sq. inches remaining after this clue if you are doing the 88x88 size.... that could be 69 more 4x4 squares .... by new years I will know how really fuzzy is this math.
