Congratulations on the finish, Krista- I like the quilting design- very modern!

Not to be counted: flimsy finishes today. 12" crumb block quilt 94 x 116. Friday night it was 42 crumb blocks with two sides sashed. I've been working on crumbs for about 4 years.

Carolina crossroads. Friday was in 14 pieces, its a flimsy! 9" blocks 10 x 12. 90 x 108". Crossroads are black & gold. Otherwise, its a charm quilt, 120 different fabrics.

Yea!

Quilt Mouse? What's a crumb block quilt?

I finished quilting my 4 baby quilts this weekend, and got one of them bound. They're small so I think I can get the rest of the hand binding done this week. I made the flour based basting spray from the YouTube video and I'm in awe. It worked so well, I hope to never pin another quilt.

Great job everyone on making progress on those UFOs! I love seeing the pics, and hearing about everyone's progress!

I finally got my Double Irish Chain pieced, woohoo!. Now to dig thru the pile of floppies to find what I'm going to use on the other side (two UFO's for the price of one, lol), so I can and the border and get to quilting.

I posted a pic on this thread.

Sometimes I feel so behind. I can't get on everyday or the weekend and see all these wonderful finishes. Lovely they are Rose P, Krista, Leta, and anyone else I missed. I love seeing them which spurs me onto getting mine done.

So you say 19 UFOs, one year I finished 120 UFOs, yes that many. That was definitely an intervention time and I set to finish them so I could start some new projects. Well, I am not at 120, but somehow I got myself up to 63 of them again. A third of those are quilt tops that need quilted. I love to cut up fabric, well, there are the others that need done. That being said, here are a couple of fabric boxes that I had abandoned. When finishing them on Sunday, realized why I did not get them done, they were wrong! So I did the best I could to finish them with improving a couple of things. Love Timtex for the firmness and the ease in quilting on. That gave the sides the stiffness they need. I had cut the lining fabric to short for my side pieces that were already fused on and could not remove. The interior has open seams. You won't see them anyway cause these will get filled up with scraps real quick. I used leftovers and an orphan swap block. They are 8" square and 6" deep. QMomma, these look great...I want to make some from specific colors so I can put green scraps in a green bin, etc. Thanks so much for sharing.
