Siodach: Thank you! I still need to cut the yellow squares and then decide the size of my quilts. I made all of the units with the intention of making smaller quilts. I am thinking 2 wide by 3 long for baby quilts.

I really should be working on this, but the new boom swap fabrics came in and it is so much more fun to design and make fancy new blocks then to trudge away at assembling this one!

Your quilt is turning out beautiful.
I haven't gotten as far as you. I've got eight of the blocks completed and am working on sashing. I agree with you. I find it slow going, but I am loving how it is turning out. And this is my first time using scrappy neutrals and I'm loving the result. I will definitely use the scrappy neutral idea again.

I'm finding this assembly very slow going! But I love the pattern and how it's coming together. I especially love how the neutrals converge to create the secondary star. Top row done!

Now i have 4&5 done. I'm only doing 1/4 size, so I may have to do more of some things. We'll see.

I have enjoyed reading everyone's posts and looking at the pictures of your progress. I'm especially impressed by the alternate color schemes and block arrangements. I finished my top, making a few changes. I used a floral as the center of all the stars. I added one more row of 4 patches on the top and bottom to make a rectangle, then added a plain purple border.
