On Ringo Lake -- Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt 2017-18
#2134
I Finally have all of Clues 1-2-3-4-5 done. Still trimming Clue 6 and sewing Clue 7 as I trim. I glue a bunch of Clue 6 together, press set and have them ready to sew, when I get tired of trimming. I lost a week of sewing time when I had evacuated folk's from the Thomas Fire staying with me. I'm catching up now, but still not overdoing it at one time. I'm retired. I sew at my leisure. LOL

D. Henson - looking good! I am almost ready to start putting my blocks together as well.

Kass, Nice example from FB. It looks like she also reversed the flying geese, and that contributes to the 'circle' effect, keeping that brown in the block away from the sashing.

I went to look at some of the finished tops on FB. So many that look different from each other! I like the sashing as the border because the blocks set without sashing look very nice that way too. :-)

D.Henson, that is a very pretty block!
I didn't get any sewing done yesterday. I got to thinking about borders and backing and spent my time looking at fabric on line. Back to the sewing room today!
