Apple Coleslaw

2 cup cabbage (cut like coleslaw mix)
2 medium apples (cored, diced)
1 can (16 ozs) crushed pineapple (drained)
3/4 cup fat free Mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, cover & refrigerate
1 hours or more before serving.

makes 8 - 3/4 cup servings.

That sounds really, really good! I will surely give it a go when either my son isn't here or I go to some potluck. My son is allerergic to apples (and pears and peaches, appricots, cherries, nectarines and all that sort of stuff) But, I'm keeping this filed!

to...sheila elaine.....
thanks so much for that delicious apple/slaw recipe. I entertained twelve ladies at a luncheon yesterday and there was but a spoonful remaining.
They loved it and I have sent the recipe out to two of them already.

Thanks again....mary jane

I had something very similar to this at a restaurant just a short while ago and I loved it.
I'm delighted to have a recipe.
Thanks for bringing this old post up again.
And thanks to the original poster.

I make this, but add a bit of grated carrot too. Yummy!
