I have a Keurig and enjoy dark roast coffees. My ( norm) is 2 cups in the morning. I drink it black. I’m not a fan of the flavored coffees at all. On occasion I enjoy a cappuccino, latte or mocha but they are a once in a while treat.

I add a flat scoop of Don Francisco Express to my regular Folgers Dark Roast in my 12 cup pot, as I like my coffee strong too. I use my stovetop ZanZibar to brew my expresso. I also have a French Press and a one cup maker too. I'm addicted. Got this tall cup from a quilting friend. She's a hoot.

My grandpa would boil water in a sauce pan, turn the gas off, and add the coffee grounds. Strain into the cup. Best smell and taste. He would let me drink it black at 2 1/2, but my grandma would catch me, and make it more cream. She told me black coffee would stunt my growth. She was 5' 2", and I ended up being 5' 8". Good thing I drank coffee black. I'm the only one that drinks coffee, but I still prefer black. Folgers or Maxwell House medium blend..

I love my coffee! I would drink it all day if it didn't bother my stomach, so I limit myself to two cups in the morning... usually. I don't like flavors in the coffee... just coffee. I used to doctor it up with cream and sweetener, but during periods of dieting and/or fasting I learned to drink it black. Now I only drink it black.
I've been noticing the last few months that coffee in the morning can mess up my vocal chords. I teach morning classes and need my voice! Sometimes the coffee makes it so I have to keep clearing my throat to get any volume in my voice. Don't know why... but it's annoying.

Hey Tropit, my mom bought little reusable containers that she fills with her own coffee. Then you flip the lid, toss the grounds and rinse them out. Was at Walmart recently and saw them as "tag hangers" (you know, the items hanging down vertically periodically to the shelves) in various locations, in housewares, in the coffee aisle, etc. Seemed to be priced around $5 each package which I think was just one.
But today I made some tea so I am going to excuse myself and get it now that it has steeped
