One finger food I always liked is made out of the wafer meats that come in an envelope.
Lay out two meat slices, with ends overlapping. Spread with warmed (I use warm wet towels to wrap the foil wrappped cheese) cream cheese, and paprika. Roll up, set in refrigerator for thirty minutes. Remove from refrigerator and slice about 1/3” inch. These can be served as is, or added to other canape’s if you stick the toothpick in them while still cold. Vary meat type, soft cheeses, and spices for variety. I have also seen these made using three sheets of meat to serve alone so it is heftier a bite size.

My favorite and easy go to recipe is...take a baguette and slice it into thin slices and then spread a mixture of: 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tsp. of Italian seasoning. Broil until bubbly and slightly browned. I've made this so many times and it always goes well and never...and I do mean ...never have any left! Don't know why it's so popular other than the fact it's so yummy. Also easy and relatively inexpensive to make. I should say that it's even good cool.

Grape tomatoes, a square of mozzarella cheese, a leaf of basil (more or less to taste) on a toothpick. Can be drizzled with a bit of olive oil or served with ranch dressing.
If you can get the "Honey smoked Salmon" they have a salad recipe that uses peas & a little mayo that is delicious. Serve with crackers or veggies.
The mini sausages cooked in jelly or barbeque sauce served eaten by toothpicks.
A block of cream cheese (or cubes if you have the time to cut them) covered by any variety of sauces. IE: salsa with corn chips. Cocktail sauce with baby salad shrimp & crackers. Jalepeno jelly with chips or crackers. Etc
Those are the ones that come to mind quickly, but I have googled and found others when I need something different.
Good luck,
Susan

I found a recipe for BLT roll-ups from Kraft. My family loves them & not hard to make.
4oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup mayo or mircle whip I also add alittle ranch dressing
8slices cooked bacon crumbled I just use Hormel bacon crumbles (lazy or just easier-less mess you pick LOL) I just throw in what looks good cuz I don't know how much 8 bacon slices amount to.
1/2cup chopped tomatoes -I use romas I chop tomatoes first so they can drain.
2 flour tortillas 8 inch
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Mix cream cheese & mayo add bacon & tomatoes
spread on tortillas, top with lettuce& roll up tightly Slice about 1 to 1 1/2 wide
I triple this recipe & never take any home.
It has taken me about 10 minutes to type this, as it keeps dropping letters and I have to go back & fill in.
So sorry for any typeos. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

Hanky Pankies are: 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pound hot pork sausage, 1 small diced onion, 16 ounces Velveeta cheese.
Cook beef, sausage, and onion until meat is done and onion is transparent. Add Velveeta cheese and continue cooking until melted. Cool slightly, spread on cocktail rye (I prefer dark rye), place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes or until bubbly. Serve while still warm.

A super simple but tasty one. A brick of regular cream cheese, pour over some soy sauce, so it pools a bit on the plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice crackers.
Philo cups with a soft cheese and hot pepper jelly.
Savory chou pastries. I love to fill mini puffs with a smoked salmon mousse. Easy and tasty.
If you have access to a kitchen on location, pot stickers are good, as are mini samosas, or egg rolls.
