I did my hard boiled eggs in my pot today, I use silicone muffin cups for all eggs to the top. I did them on high for 7 minutes and let them wait for a few minutes then did a quick release. Drop them in some ice water, let them crack as they drop in, easy peel. Then I pickle all of them and now have 3 quarts in the fridge.
Love my IP cooker.
That is a great idea quiltingcandy about using the slow cooker recipes.

Quiltlove, you got a bargain. Checked it out on Amazon today, and the Kindle price is $8.69. They offered a "sample" of the book, but the sample had no recipes, just all about pressure cooking. I have downloaded probably 12-14 free Kindle books for pressure cooking, but have not yet really looked through them.

I love the idea about converting slow cooker recipes to pressure cooking. Will definitely do this after I feel comfortable with the IP!

I'll be checking out the websites this evening because I am ready to cook! IP is here waiting to be used! Thanks again, y'all!
