Red Pepper Soup

This is delicious and easy.
24 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/4 cups sour cream (reserve 1/4 cup for garnish)
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 Tb. curry powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 can yellow corn
6 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish
Combine first 8 ingredients and process in blender of food processor. Pour into pan, add corn. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with onions and sour cream.
