I'm so surprised! I really thought we'd be having more clues before the reveal. Clever Bonnie to time the reveal to New Year's Italian time. It looks like assembling will be quite a bit more difficult than last year! It will be so exciting to see everyone's versions as they are completed.

I was very surprised I thought we would have at least one more clue before the reveal. I think there will be more finishes exactly as she shows hers this year then last. I'm excited to see everyones versions especially the ones w/ different color ways.

I am thinking I may change the order of the finishing borders - make the setting triangles black, then the gold narrow border followed by a red scalloped border and black binding.

I love the pattern! I liked last years but really really like this year.

    Great idea!
I don't have anywhere near enough of one black for a border but I do have several choices of red for a border... wonder how gold would look for setting triangles and a skinny black inner border.... hmmmm... better wait until all the blocks assembled before deciding!

I'm looking forward to seeing all the quilts with Bonnie's colors and other combinations. I notice that Bonnie's gray looks quite light in the photos so anxious to see how the darker grays and substitute colors affect the look.

I think that would look great too.

Yes I was expecting Bonnie's gray to be much darker - it blends with her neutrals quite a bit unless it is just the camera.

Looks awesome! I've printed off all 6 parts, have the paint card colors and will put this quilt on my to-do list.

One question I do have: the icy blue card and the other very light color...are these the range for the neutrals? Or are the neutrals white on white?

Can't wait to see everyone's finished quilts. THIS mystery quilt I love!
