LOL, Sulabug, I must actually be going "quilting-crazy"...I have been on my feet all day, basting and pinning and such, till I had to have a break...ok, I get to your post, and you say you got your package, and my wee mouse brain goes: ok, I know i am not her secret santa, bc she got hers, and I haven't mailed mine yet

I'm sooo glad to see more boxes arriving....my PO lady told me about the 9/11 rules...she encouraged me NOT to fudge on the return addies...but I may or may not have listened to her. I had no idea that they poked or ripped though! Thats kinda rude, doncha' think?
I told my hubby about it, bc I really thought ppl were joking until Peach told all of us, what her postmaster said, and about 9/11...that is when I believed it. They do all kinds of stuff to ppl now. all kinds
Yes, I think with all their high tech x-ray machines and stuff, it is kinda rude.
Since I KNOW that it is not gonna be a bomb or such, I have no problem with putting the recipients addy on there twice.
If I worked for the postal system..sorry, but I guess they are nervous, but how do we all go on with our lives and not let holidays and celebrations be taken from us.
My sister in law works for post office and they get paid WELL! So, I guess they are just gonna have to roll with some things till somebody comes up with a perfect answer.
(using cape like a parachute and jumping off soapbox now  )

A confession from the little rodent....... I mean Miss Mousie she didn't mail her package out today. Is this naughty or nice?????

Naughty......it was suppose to be mailed today

Nice....... the person who she is SS to doesn't have to have a package staring at them and thumping around and calling their name for over 3 weeks.

SOOOOOO who else out there in quilting land didn't mail their package yet?????

Uh No .. it is just a box I found, then she says well you need to retape this  I hope the box got there ok . I don't know why she didn't just ask before she started ripping .. DUH..

My son moved my box again.. must have been making a LOT of noise and distrubing him 8) and least I don't have to see or hear it LOL
unbelievable, Sharon! I think Scrooge works at post office
BTW, our stamp money, etc. pays for their 'tape', and since she ripped it, why in the world, would she tell you, you need to re-tape?
(mumbling and shaking head...brings out the m. mouse in moi! :? )

Canīt figure the problem if you did :?
I can reuse a PO box for ever as long as I wrap it every time ...
Someone willing to tell me ?
Thks
good point, ligia...what difference does it make? I think she wanted to see what was in the box!
I am gonna be on my p's and q's when I mail, for sure!
i.e.: ahem! Do not rip that pkg! It is under protection of the u.s. government! :?
