    I have found out many times I am way more cirtical of my quilts than the person I make them for. If they even notice the mistake, I just tell them I do it to make sure it is a one of a kind quilt! Who looks at it when they are asleep anyway. Most people appreciate the work that goes into it and that it is a home made quilt. I think it's a super job!

    I've heard those called humility blocks when you insert a block with a mistake in it on purpose :)

    Oh my gosh--that is the most darling quilt. Just to make you feel SO much better--here's my first quilt... you should pop some buttons after seeing just how awesome your first job is.

    I didn't know we were supposed to iron..and just look at how it all lines up. LOL Know what--my daughter still loves it. ;-)

    I like to say 'finished is better than perfect'! Your son will love it. It even has his name on it! How could he not?

    My first quilt that was on-point was a mess. But now that it's on my bed, or rumpled up from sleeping, I have a hard time finding where my glaring error is!
