    Thanks.
I hand piece and hand quillt my own. I like the process of quilting the top. Besides, I'm on SS and don't really have the money to sent tops out. Anyway, I like the idea of doing the quilt myself from start to finish.

I hand quilt mine. Quilting is the reason I piece tops. Love to hand quilt.

I agree Janet, I've hand quilted since before there were LA's & I just enjoy every little stitch I put in one. But since most of mine are made for loved ones, I want them to be ALL from me, not just putting the pieces together.

    Happy "quilting"

I quilt my own tops on a Brother home sewing machine. Unfortunately, it has a smaller throat than I'd like at this point, but I don't do too bad with it. Would just like to have more freedom to move things so I could try some more intricate designs.

I do. I don't have a LA but I do have a Pfaff that has a 10 inch throat. I can easily do even a King size on it. I mostly do FMQ .

I do all my own on a home sewing machine, usually an old Featherweight. I may try it on my 15 clone next time. It takes me a while because I do so many trial runs before I decide on what I want to do. That's okay, though. I enjoy the process.
