How do you eat the PB and popcorn? Sounds interesting.
Sometimes when I make popcorn, I save out a good handful. Then the next day, I put some peanut butter on my favorite Rye bread and then piece by crunchy piece, I put the popcorn on the peanut butter. No chance of it falling off. ha ha. Then put the other piece of bread on. Oh, Boy!!

Chasing Hawk, peanut butter is considered one of the "good" fats so you should definitely keep eating it. Just limit your serving to 2 T a few times a week because it is still high in calories and fat.

BTW, I like to eat peanut butter on whole wheat toast with sliced banana and honey. If I'm on the go, I put the the 2 bread slices together and make a sandwich.

Add some raspberry or blackberry jam to that ! It's awesome!

Usually eat mine on a bagel, or just from the spoon, sometimes add raisins!
Been know to eat PB and cheese together, too.

another thing I do with peanut butter and jelly is make a sandwhich like normal, but then dip in egg/milk mixture for french toast like normal.. it is SOOOO yummy! I serve it with our local huckleberries that I make into syrup each summer..
