I love my mail carrier. She pulls up to my front door and honks for me. Sometimes it takes me a minute to get to her, but she waits. I get a lot of packages and she always makes sure I get them. We visit while she's digging around finding all my packages. She knows I quilt and that I order online and she understands how important all my packages are. She knows I'm retired and I live for my "fabric" in the mail. I live in a small, small town. If I'm not home, she leaves them on my porch (no one would take them) or in my garage. I love her. I thought all mail carriers were like that. I guess I'm fortunate.

Pictures and video...take them to the the PO and also cc: the next up in command. There are too many people willing to work today - no need for bad behavior. I would walk up to her truck while filling out the slip and take her picture and give her a piece of my mind....with a warning that nothing better happen to my mail again!

Due to a small mailbox we have to pick up most packages at the post office. They always keep them door us for at least a week.

I never mail my bills and letters by putting them in my mailbox. I pay online or put them in the mailbox at the Post Office. I live in a semi rural area and the theft of mail from mailboxes is an epidemic.

IF your postmaster is on the job...and this is a BIG IF....(s)he should order an inspector out on this carrier's route. They definately will fire the person for not delivering the mail....THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE A JOB!! And yes, I know what I'm talking about...I used to be a Post Office employee in a way other lifetime! Whatever you do, don't let this go...pursue it because you are being nailed!

I have ordered from KQ many times and have always been satisfied with my order-they have challenges a couple times each year and post a gallery of all of the entrants, not just the winners.

I am going to have to get back on the Keepsake Quilting mailing list. I loved looking at their catalog. Did not buy anything so I must have been dropped from their catalog mailing. Guess I will need get back on the list and order something at least once a year.

KQ does notify its customers. I was notified but it was over the holidays and I didn't keep checking. My error there. We have in the past had great carriers but this one needs to be replaced. Thanks for your reply. Yolanda Wood River

This is also a problem with this carrier. We were always able to put "outgoing" mail in our mailbox and have it delivered. I had to stop doing that because my VISA payment took 17 days (never happened before) and I was charged a very high fee. So we don't do that any more either.
