Mary - nice job on the quilt - it's to colorful! Looks like you had fun on the LA. Someday I hope to be able to try one out too.

I'm the one who fear of "scrap quilts". But...I really this like quilt and all the wonderful colors and arrangement. One of the days....I'll take the punge thanks to the quilts I see on here how wonderful they are.

Another example of a quilt with colors I would probably never have thought to put together, but where the end result is absolutely fabulous - love, love, love it! Great job  I definitely need to get more adventurous.

I can never get scrap quilts to come out right. Must be my choice of colors, or something. You did a beautiful job, and I agree, you must be a natural on the longarm. I've heard some people seem to have an awful time getting it right.

You did a marvelous job, especially for the first time. The scariest thing about owning a longarm is when you first get it home, and any training you received goes right out of your mind. There you are with a big, expensive machine and no one to guide you through the process. It's wonderful that you had your mother to show you the ropes.
