    I have a dining chair that is part of the table and chairs my father in law made (he makes rustic furniture, so does DH) The dining chair swivels so I have that by my sewing machine, and sit in my recliner when I do any pinning

    I use an armless office chair. It's not very comfortable but it beats a dining room chair.

    I use an armless office chair. Had one with arms but I couldn't get close to the desk/sewing machine. DH now has the armed chair and loves it for watching football.

    Armless office chair here too. I had a lovely antique ladderback but it was killing me!

    I use an office chair w/ wheels also. It is supposed to have arms but I didn't put them on. I adjusted it to whatever the 'correct' height was supposed to be (arms at right angles, etc) and was in so much pain after an hour or so. So I put it back down to where I was used to and no pain. I'm weird.

    have to same old office chair no arms and on wheels don't work to good on carpet though

    I have a armless secretary( sometimes/used to be called a steno) chair . It rotates which I love and the height is adjustable. I ti on casters but my room is carpeted so it does not roll that freely.
    I had old singer bench... it was hard on my back!!

    I use a desk chair with wheels, arms and high back. Very comfortable. I love it.

    Same here. The seat is adjustable so I can move up and down a bit if I've sat too long.
