This looks like a variation of a pattern from Wedding Dress Blue, Fading Charrms. I made this one about 5 years ago but also have done several from this site. Good tutorials and they really "eat up those 2.5 squares. Some of her quilts ask for two inch but I just convert and make 2.5. https://weddingdressblue.wordpress.com/2012/03/23/tutorial-fading-charms-quilt/

Ice, I need some new pinks! So glad you have an abundance. I am making a checkerboard quilt of pink and white scrappy 2.5 squares and have run out of ...... pink that has not been used previously. Trying not to do more than two squares per pink fabric. This is an ongoing quilt so I will wait until September arrives.

Welcome to the 2018/19 swap friends! This is such fun.

January birthday ladies, I have not been a very good swapper this year. I'm late with your squares. I've been working my behind off to get a permanent job. I'll know by next week if I've gotten it or not. Your birthdays are important, and I've got fabric for you, just not in the mail yet. I'll mail it by Saturday morning, after my last video-taped on-the-job performance thing. I hope you will have as much fun with your squares as I did.

Welcome aboard!! I've used pre-cuts before. What a great way to use up odds n ends.

Thank you for the link! Using up some candy is a must if I want to join again in 2019.

Janice that is such a fabulous candy quilt. Your choice of lights and darks make it superb. Congrats on the head start for 2018/19

I have had the Fading Charm Quilt on my to do list for years, joining this swap has pushed it to the top of my "TO DO LIST". Have started cutting 2.5" squares from unused Jelly Roll strips and scrap strips. I am so happy to have found this swap.
