Love all of you photos! Keep 'em coming...

I am working on clue 4 and will have no problem finishing it by tonight. Then I have to wait a WHOLE WEEK for the next clue... whine, whine, whine. I also had a bunch of yellow squares I overcut last time, so was very happy to be using them up. I cut more blacks and now I only have the aqua and white to cut and sew before I can start assembling my broken dishes.

I can't wait to see how she's going to put these all together.

Since I just finished all my clue #2 blocks last night, I'm spending the day starching and pressing green/neutral/black/yellow and aqua - everything for both Clue #3 and Clue #4. I will then cut them all.

Why cut them all now? Because I fear I might be running out of black!! I might just run out to the *little* LQS to see if I can find a few fat quarters to throw in.

Sue: No way was I going to try to switch back and forth between the two different blocks, that way lies madness.
Brooke: That is such a neat idea. Seems like it will cut down on the possibility of loss too. I would really like to find a paper pieced pattern to make something like that for my kindle, kind of shield it from bumps and drops.
Sunliten: Thanks for the math, that is really getting close. It also makes sense; 5) the rest of the blocks, 6,7) start putting together, 8) the reveal. And the anticipation builds.

SunlitenSmiles, Was it you that was looking for geranium fabric? Check this out to see if you like it. I just bought some on sale at my LQS, then found it online to show you.

Sewbizgirl, Belfrybat, Brookmarie your blocks are looking great! Pam H your blocks look great too and just love the KF fabrics! I also used an assortment of greens on mine and was worried about how they would look in the quilt. No worries now
Podunk Princess your blocks are looking great also!
