    I made one with punkin pie filling with a carrot cake very good just mix together and bake.

    Sounds like a Weight Watcher recipe. You can use any flavor of pie filling; and, of course, if you're a WW, you use "light".

    Wow - this couldn't be more simple. Going to try it with the blueberry pie filling which I have on hand right now. Thanks for sharing your find............

    WoW All the ansers to this thread Are Good! My Cake Was Great! I DiD Use the Lite Cherry filling. It Did Puff up in my 9x13 But it did not flow Over Thank god!

    The box will say something like "turn upside down and suspend til it cools".
    For an angel cake pan, depending on the hole size, it may fit over a soda bottle.
    If not, you can do it by arranging some tin cans to hold the pan while it cools.
    Likewise for other shapes of pans.

    Let me be clear on this one. Do you mix the angel food cake according to directions and then fold in the pie filling? And what about the pineapple one--do you drain the juice from that before adding? They all sound wonderful.
