treadlep, Little Miss No Name Leader is on page 872. She won't have a name until she's cleaned up. It's still too cold to do it outside or even open the windows.

    Ms. Johnny,
I know I was really worried this AM as my daughter is at UK. She said the university and TV told them not to go to class. I think I heard some cheers amid the scared voices on the phone. Glad it all turned out ok there, and we are praying for the rest of our neighbors to the south with the terrible weather.

Randa, can you post a picture of the whole machine? It looks really cute from just the face plate.

Here you go....I have a couple more I'll send.
Randa, That machine looks like a younger Graybar. Here are some more pictures of mine for comparison. Yours looks much nicer! Did you get yours to stitch correctly for you?

    Any suggestions?

Just recently I noticed some listed on eBay.com so you might want to keep checking, I can't find them atm but don't have a lot of time either. They were made to order and you had a choice of three timbers, but I can't remember the price.

Not a great help as I didn't bookmark the seller, sorry!
    Bronwyn ;-)
    Thanks for info...will watch eBay!

I just got the threading directions from redbugsullivan, so as soon as I get a free moment I'll rethread and try again. I'm nearly positive my problem was in threading it. Who would have thought you wind the thread totally around the tension knob??!! Redbug scanned her manual for me so I no longer have to guess about it. I figure mine is from the '40's, wouldn't you think? I've been told the krinkle rough finish was from that time. Any way to know for sure??

Do you know anything about the British "Eclipse" sewing machines? I saw one yesterday at an antique shop.
