This was my jelly roll race quilt top. I pieced it on my 301 and did the applique on my 500. They both sew beautifully. I will finish it somehow and donate it to the local VA. Thought it turned out pretty good.

[ATTACH=CONFIG]343162[/ATTACH]Here is Glenn's quilt! This quilt had 21 people involved in the making! There are blocks from 10 different states, 3 countries, Canada, England and the US. The blocks were made mostly using vintage machines, even treadles. I quilted all the blocks using my Singer 15-88 treadle! The background on each block I put on with my FW when I was out at a Girls Night out and using my 319w in treadle when at home. The sashings were made and put on the quilt using my 1976 Pfaff 1222e with its walking IDT foot! The binding was also done with the Pfaff 1222e in the same fashion that I put the sashing on! The quilt is a Quilt As You Go technique with each block completed/quilted individually then connected together with sashings front and back! It was a joint effort by 21 different people [ATTACH=CONFIG]343161[/ATTACH]to thank our own Glenn/Skipper for being so generous with his knowledge of refurbishing cabinets and cleaning up the shellac finish on the old machines!

It is for my friend's daughter for graduation from high school. She loves all things red, and has a liking for triangles. :-) It's from the mom & dad...I was just the maker!!

Nancy that quilt is stunning! You did such a good job on it. Everyone made such pretty squares and the quilting you did finished it up!

I am new here just going to start my first quilt looking for ideals but when I saw ur machine it reminded me of my mothers tht I had kept forever and then abt a year ago I was looking for it and my son had thrown it away ! My heart was crushed
