Glenn, I believe that Neechi can be put into a treadle. The motor could be tossed. The person is asking way too much for that sad machine.[/quote]

Far too much!! However, the BU makes a great treadle. I have friends who love them for free-motion.

Congratulations Glenn! I can't wait to see what wonderful quilt you make with your Pathfinder!

I have been looking for a manual also -- can't find one either!

I am even going to have the Model 15 machines badged under my name towards the middle of the summer. They will be in 4 different colors and are super high quality brand new machines!!

You go Billy! Can't wait to see those 15's!

Poor thing, looks to me that it's been in a flood , for a while too. I'm wary of anything from the Lpuisiana area because of that. Don't know if that concern is valid or not, but if I'm paying a king's ransom to have a machine shipped, I don't want it all rusty (or worse) inside.

Well, if you look at the pictures, it looks like someone tried to see if the gunk would come off a little on the top. It looks like maybe it could be cleaned up real pretty.

Nancy

I said it could be cleaned up, but I'd never pay that for the machine!

I saw those pliers and they wanted $40 for them. For that I can get my trusty locking pliers out and sweat a little :)
