Thank you all. Yes, it's a gem but needs a lot of tlc. As it is it looks like it has never seen a drop of oil in ages. Bobbin plates are stuck, and missing some parts which I think I can replace. Anyone has the small plate cover in front (the squarish rectangle silver metal part about 2"x2" size) that I can buy?

@monroe @Macybaby - I didn't realize that the drawers on the right are missing. I thought that's one of the model of that cabinet. Thanks for pointing that out. But the wood head cover is not there to begin with as I asked the previous owner. I sure will scrub eBay for some parts.

@rodney. I am pretty much taking half of or garage. You should have seen the look in my wife's face when I told her that I am picking up a sewing machine. First thing she said was 'why do you need more sewing machines'. Oh we'll...

"Need" has nothing to do with it! Someone had posted various Stages of Collecting on the Board, ranging from acquiring everything that you see, need to rescue, and covet, then becoming more discriminating about condition and type, to overload and the need to rehome most and keep a select few. You have a Long way to go!

Lucky you! The cabinet really looks to be in great shape. The decalling on that machine is one of my favorites aNd yours looks great. All I can say is pay it forward!

Oh! she is a beauty. Now keep us posted as you give her the spa treatment she deserves. I for one am anxious to see her sewing.
