Wow, that's a first for me, I knew a lady who thought a 99 in a bentwood case was a featherweight, but a full size 27 in a treadle? Interesting, I wonder if the person who sold it too her told her it was a featherweight? Not that it really matters. The important thing is that looks like a great machine and the treadle looks beautiful.
