Well, I will be heading up to the Placerville area on Easter weekend. If it is not moving by then I'd be willing to meet/stop by to have a go at it.

Can anyone help me with some information on this machine? I picked this up at a local restore and got it working.

This machine is a Japanese Singer 15 clone. Consew makes industrial machines these days.

Magorapg, if your electrical engineer dad could find those round 'Chicago plugs' that that machine needs, I'd sure like to find out where.

Not only do I have the same machine, it is the one my mother wouldn't let me sew on until one day, left alone, I got it working again. I was 11 and never heard another 'leave that machine alone'.

I'll let you know what he finds, I'm consistently surprised by what he scrounges.

I just recently bought a nvf treadle machine. It's in very good condition but it's missing two casters and pins. If anyone knows how I can find replacements I would appreciate it. Thanks!
