I received my DQ today from Sammygirlqt and it is awesome!!!!! I love the Batiks and color combination she used.

I am happy it arrived in 10 days, thats speedy for Int. mail.Glad you like it even if it isn't very fancy but the best part was meeting you Neelegrammy. I just can't come close to what you gals do with the crazy quilts.

this is a very humbling swap! the bar is set so high, it brings out the paranoid in all of us! such beautiful work!
now, has anyone else's sewing area turned into a pit of crazy fabric pieces? they are hanging from every height and covering every horizontal surface! i'm afraid i'll need a zamboni to bring them to heel! at least send a pitchfork and a st. bernard! help!!! |

Sammy- I love the batiks and the way you put them together! It makes me think of a Summer Storm and I love thunderstorms living in the Midwest all my life, they don't scare me. Anyway, it's a great quilt. |
