I enjoy making sandwiches with my family recipe:
1.5 lb of Ground beef
1 egg beaten
3/4 cup Oatmeal
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1 Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsp salt
Combine ingredients. Layer top with ketchup, mustard and sprinkling for Brown sugar.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour + 15 minutes

Our DIL dissolves 1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes in a little boiling water. When it loses shape, she adds to her meatloaf mixture. I would say it adds a layer of flavor. They are generally full of sodium, so cut back on salt

I use lean ground beef and add a small grated onion ( or half a larger one) 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup and enough fine bread crumbs to make a nice loaf. After the loaf is in the oven container I mix a little water with another 1/4 cup ketchup to cover the top and bake.
I like my meatloaf fairly solid so leftovers can be sliced the next day for sandwiches.

I use a 1-1/2#gb, half an onion, teaspoon of chopped garlic, a couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce, panto bread crumbs, an egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup, and salt, pepper with a dash of two of seasoned salt. We add more ketchup after its cooked. My dh doesn't like it cooked on top.
I'm tempted to try some of the other recipes, though. They all look good.

I use the same mixture for fried hamburger patties and/or meatloaf.
For each pound of ground beef (usually 80/20)
(all measurements are approximate)
1/2 cup chopped onion - use cooking onions, if available, not sweet onions
1 T canned chopped garlic
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (it enhances the other flavors)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp (or so) ground sage
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
I usually use three pounds of ground beef when mixing this up.
This ends up being quite firm - so it slices well for sandwiches the next day.
